Level별로 Part를 6~8로 나누어 한권의 내용을 모두 완독한다. 기존의 리딩 프로그램이 story 내용만 단편적으로 보여주었다면 I Love Reading은 이야기가 탄생 하게 된 다양한 배경과 이야기 속에 있는 사회적 역사적 배경지식까지 전달하여 시청자들에게 자칫 영어 학습에 대한 부담에서 오는 압박을 느끼지 않도록 주의하였다. 무빙이 있는 삽화와 애니메이션으로 지루해질 수 있는 리딩을 살아 있는 이야기로 만들었다. 엄마와 아이가 같이 출연하여 동시에 수업을 받고 마지막에는 엄마가 직접 수업 진행을 통해 엄마와 아이가 같이 참여 할 수 있게 하였다. 프로그램 말미에 shadow reading 방법을 활용하여 듣기와 말하기 능력을 키운다. 스토리의 내용이 끝이 나면 에필로그에는 반드시 여러 가지 Reading Comprehension 코너를 두어 시청자들이 내용을 올바로 이해하였는지 확인한다.
